Reykjavik Shopping Tour
The first location visited is Reykjavik´s oldest shopping street Laugavegur. It was for long time the cities trendiest street for shopping, café culture and a place where artists lived. The guide gives some historic overview of Laugavegurinn that now hosts a number of souvenir shops, bars and hotels. Here we visit the Gilbert watch store that produces and sells the only designer watch sold in a single store in the whole world and worn by the likes of Yoko Ono, Ben Stiller and the Dalai Lama.
